Driving Directions:

Using waze platform, search Viron Transit Terminal Lingsat San Fernando La Union for hassle-free navigation. Only a minute drive or a short walk from Viron Transit Terminal in Lingsat, San Fernando City, La Union.

Upon reaching Viron, navigate onto Lubiano Road, positioned directly in front of the bus terminal. Drive slowly along Lubiano Road for about 300 meters until you spot a gate with a sign indicating “Coastal View Compound.” Enter through the gate, proceed to the first left street facing the beach, and there you'll find our house with a tarpaulin that reads "L. U. Beach House" hanging at the gate.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is strictly at 2 PM to allow sufficient preparation for incoming guests. Check-out strictly by 12 noon; a late check-out fee of Php 1,000 pesos applies for exceeding this timeframe.

Guest Policy:

Only registered guests are permitted to check in; visitors during the stay are not allowed.

Noise and Community Respect:

Maintain a serene atmosphere; loud parties or disruptive behavior, including loud videoke, are not permitted. Please respect our gated community.

Pets are not allowed.

Proper swimwear is required for pool use.

Any inappropriate swimwear will be addressed promptly.

Pool Safety:

The pool is 5 feet deep; children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No lifeguard is on duty.

Smoking, Vaping, and Alcohol:

No smoking or vaping on the premises at any time. Consume alcohol moderately and responsibly; any involvement in illegal drugs will be reported to authorities.

Bringing of firearms are strictly prohibited on the property.

Cleanliness and Tidiness:

Show kindness by maintaining the premises' tidiness. Dispose of trash responsibly using designated bins.

Resource Conservation:

Mindful use of water and electricity is crucial for sustainability.

Accommodation Use:

Respect the privacy of other guests; attempting to access accommodations other than your own is a serious violation.

Our CCTV cameras are strategically positioned: all facing parking area, pool, and campsite for enhanced security. We prioritize privacy, never installing cameras in bedrooms, living rooms or bathrooms .

Additional Guidelines:

Follow any additional guidelines imposed by our national and local authorities (City/Provincial/ Baranggay) for a safe and enjoyable stay.
